High Season - Oct. 15-Aug 31. Low Season - Sept. 1-Oct. 14
The Master Suite-Main Villa (1) bed Sleeps 1-2 guests, in 1 king, 3-4 guests w/1 full-size futon
$585 (MS) & $650 per night (3-4 guests) high Season, $440 (MS) & $510 per night (3-4 guests) low season.
The Downstairs Main Villa (2) bed Sleeps 4-8 guests, in 1 king, 2 doubles & 1 full-size futon
$885 per night (bedroom combos have adjusted rates) high season, $685 per night low season
The Main Villa Master bedroom upstairs and downstairs, Sleeps 4-6 guests, in 2 kings & 1 full-size futon.$785 per night high season, $685 per night low season.
The Entire Main Villa (3) bed 2 (ba) Sleeps 8-10 guests in 2 kings, 2 doubles & 1 full-size futon
$1,050 per night high season, $785 per night low season.
 

All Seasons:
The Master Suite -Guest Villa (1) bed, 1 (ba) Sleeps 1-2 in 1 king $200 per night
The Entire Guest Villa (1) bed 2 (ba) (1) sleeps 2-4 in 1 king, & 1 full-size futon $275 per night
Guest Villa Master $1,185 per week
Entire Guest Villa $1,775 per week
The Grounds of the Villa daily rate with no access to the Structures $1,650 per day
 

THE GUEST VILLA IS ONLY AVAILABLE WITH THE RENTAL OF THE MAIN VILLA & IS NOT AVAILABLE SEPARATELY.
NO DISCOUNTS ON RATES FOR EVENTS - HIGH OR LOW SEASON.
NO DISCOUNTS FOR HOLIDAYS, 7 NIGHT MINIMUM Dec. 20th - Jan. 7th.
$35 per day electricity surcharge for normal usage is effective immediately.
All rates are subject to change.
Owner/Caretaker has office in 3 car garage and occupies Guest Villa when not booked.
 

Terms and Conditions:

A minimum Security Deposit of $500 is required for daily and weekly stays. A minimum Security Deposit of $1,000 is required for weddings, functions and other events.
Rates are determined on number of guests and the selection and number of rooms requested. Guests over 18 years of age will be considered as adults.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If sixty or more days notice is received, 10% of the rental shall be retained. If there is less than 60 days notice, 20% of the rental shall be retained, ONLY if the accommodation is subsequently rented. If we cannot rent the accommodation, we shall retain 100% of all monies collected. Written notice must be received by owners and/or our agents, by certified mail.

Rates are subject to change. Holiday rates may be higher. All rentals are subject to a 9% government room tax.
